As a start-up, you might be looking for ways to take your business forward, and the obvious answer is Marketing!
But you might not be at a stage where you could hire a company to run your campaigns. To reach that stage quickly here a few things you can do without spending anything more than your own time –
1) Email Marketing
I know what you are thinking – everybody does it, what’s new?
‘New’ is that you are not doing it or maybe not doing it as often as you should. Email Marketing is one of the simplest things to set up when you are a growing business.
Your data is low in number so you can write more personalized emails.
Your number of emails per month is low so you can use free versions of the email tools.
Be creative. Be conversational. And start sending out those emails.
2) Facebook and Instagram
Creating and publishing posts is easy but how do you reach to more people?
Start with inviting all on your friend’s list to like your page and ask your team to do the same.
Whenever you publish a post share it from your own profile as well.
3) Make your website irresistible
Your website looks pretty cool but does it answer all the questions a visitor has in mind?
Visit a few websites of partners and vendors. Write down the questions that come to your mind.
Go back to your own website and see if those questions are being answered in the first fold of your site. Optimise accordingly.
If you have more ideas on boosting businesses or you have questions on how you can boost your own business, we would love to hear from you!
